If you are looking for a constructive and heart-warming way to donate your time, becoming a volunteer for The Rainbow Paws Program is a perfect way! We offer several different opportunities to volunteer, depending on the time you have available, and whether you prefer front line work, behind the scenes or helping with fundraising activities.
Way to Volunteer
Front line work
WHAT IT INVOLVES
Front line volunteers hit the streets, meeting with our clients and community partners at the various locations around Canberra and Queanbeyan. They pack and deliver food, jackets, bedding, and other goods as required, and also identify those clients who may require access to our other programs. Front line work is mostly done for our Street Support and Rolling Tuckerbox programs.

Helping at events
WHAT IT INVOLVES
Throughout the year, we run various fundraising activities from our annual doggy xmas party, to drag bingo to raffles. For each of our fabulous events, we need volunteers to help make them successful. Volunteering at events is a great way to give back if you can't commit on a regular role but would still like to help out.
